At Home Teeth Whitening: Does it Work?

Dental health is something we tend to forget about and let’s be real, none of us really floss. If you actually do then more power to you. That’s next level self care. The Process

After receiving my kit in the mail, I made moldings of my teeth with the clay (super easy process with easy to read instructions) and mailed it back to the company. They then created custom trays of my TEETH and sent them to me. How cool is that? In a world where customization is taking over, this was a pretty cool experience. I followed the directions and I whitened with the gel for about an hour and then used the desensitizing gel for another hour. I would just pop in the trays and watch tv or do some other work. Multi-tasking is just amazing. I did this right before I went to sleep and my teeth would literally be glowing the next day. I did this for about 2-3 months once/twice a week and the results speak for themselves! Tried and true baby! The easiest self care process I’ve ever experienced. My favorite time to whiten is while watching Netflix and online shopping. Time just flies by!
