Sincerely Spotlight: The Only Water Bottle You’ll Ever Need

I’m terrible at drinking water. I always forget to do it until I’m taking my morning and night medicine and even then, it’s a couple of sips. According to Google, we should be drinking about 11-15 cups of water a day which is actually a LOT. We tend to forget but water has so many amazing benefits such as more hydrated skin, headache prevention, and kidney health to name  a few. During college, I used to carry around my handy dandy water bottle and it really helped to remind me to drink water throughout the day. After 4 years, I had to retire that water bottle.
