Lately I’ve been drowning all my fear and anxiety over this current situation in the world into my shopping cart. This quarantine has resulted in me buying two things: loungewear and random stuff from Amazon. I’ve also been addicted to TikTok where I shared some of my favorite Amazon finds. Apparently, the world has also been binge Amazon shopping because one of my Amazon videos got over 1.5M views! There really is no category other than “random” for my recent Amazon purchases. They range from skincare, tech accessories, jewelry etc. But they all have one thing in common: they’re practical and inexpensive. Hope you enjoy!
1. Phone Stand: This phone stand is a really cool tech accessory to have on your desk. I use it to hands free FaceTime, watch videos, and browse the web. It can hold your phone vertically and horizontally. The best part about it is that I don’t have to look down when I’m scrolling. Goodbye tech neck!
2. AirPods Case: When I’m at work, all my co workers and I have our AirPods on the table. It’s super easy (and gross) to get them mixed up! This case not only protects my AirPods but gives it some color. A cute accessory to have!
3. Pearl Hair Clips: I get bored very easily with hair accessories and I’m always looking for a way to change things up. These clips are so versatile and I can create so many looks!
4. Face Mask Brushes: This is one of those things you don’t think you need but you do. I love applying face masks and using a brush makes it that much more of a self care spa day. These are $3 and the mask washes right off the brushes after application. Try them!
IS YOUR AMAZON CART FULL YET?
5. iPhone Tripod: I originally got this for my mom so she could take self timer photos on her own. But, I ended up using it to make TikTok videos. The tripod legs allow them to wrap around any surface which creates super cool angles to take videos. And, it comes with a bluetooth remote.
6.Aztec Face Mask: This face mask has been in my Amazon cart for ages and I finally pulled the trigger. I have read stellar reviews about it and all the benefits it has for your skin. Of course, I tried it (and made my family try it) and it really does live up to the hype. Stay tuned for a full blog post on this mask!
7. One Line a Day Journal: When I came to Texas from New York for what I thought would be a one week trip, I brought two pairs of a clothes and this journal. I got it as a Christmas gift and it’s a great way to keep track of your memories. I write a line in it every night and I’m excited to read it years from now.
8. Laptop Stand: This is for sure one of my favorite purchases. Honestly, I never realized I needed this until I bought it. I hate leaning over to use my laptop and I started to get lines on my neck. That, my friends, is called tech neck. This laptop stand helps me to sit up straight and not lean over. Great to have!
