I am always looking for inspiration from quite literally EVERYWHERE. Whether it’s from Instagram, Pinterest, conversations with my friends and family, taking walks in the city, etc. I also look up to certain people when it comes to being an inspirational entrepreneur (or creativepreneur as I like to say). Specifically, these three women below who I believe embody the sole idea of being your own boss, following your passion, and living your best life. Not to mention, they are also super inspirational.
NEGIN MIRSALEHI
If you don’t know about Negin, you’re welcome for changing your life. She is not only completely gorgeous (that hair could have it’s own instagram account) but she is the founder of her own hair-care line called Gisou. I purchased the hair oil and I can attest that it is worth every penny. She was also on Forbes 30 under 30 (HELLO!). Her whole brand is built from her family’s bee garden! She recently came out with a collaboration from Express which I am all about. Negin created it through a global lens (she is also super trendy and fashion forward and a global jet setter, nbd) and her collection fully embodies her aesthetic. She said “My collection is for women who love to explore, take risks, and try new things.” I have my eye on so many of her elevated pieces (sorry not sorry bank account)!
NATALIE BARBU
Natalie is a true millennial girl boss role model. She started off as a consultant and launched her own store (Shop Barbu) with her sisters while simultaneously running a YouTube channel. It’s hard enough for me to balance work and sleep and this blog but she literally DOES. IT. ALL. I have been watching her videos for a long time and every vlog inspires me to be more productive and get my life together. She wakes up early and goes to the gym (a superwoman truly) and then tackles the day with a smile on her face. Natalie also started a podcast (#TheRealReel) and it is just another reason why she is a superstar. In fact, she also recently quit her corporate job and is a full time content creator and entrepreneur. I truly admire her for that. She moved to NY and is basically living out all of her dreams (goals). I’m still wishing I could run into her in the subway. Please give me some notes on how you live such a productive life, Natalie!
PAYAL KADAKIA
Payal is another superstar. I mentioned her in my instagram post after I read her article in the New York Times (no big deal). She is the founder of ClassPass where members pay a monthly fee and attend boutique fitness classes in their areas. She was inspired after she herself failed trying to enroll in a ballet class. Payal probably thought to herself “Man, there must be a better way to do this!” And thus, ClassPass was born. Payal is the daughter of indian immigrants and attended MIT where she then went to work at one of the biggest consulting firms. She was pursuing her passion, indian classical dancing, on the side and realized the corporate life was not for her. She took a risk built her own dance company and she still dances to this day (beautifully, may I say).
Pin Me!
These are just some women who I love to look up to, especially when I’ve had a hard day. We all have days when we feel like we don’t know what we’re doing with our lives. Days where it feels like you’re stuck in a routine. It’s important to not suppress your creative side and not let your inspiration spark fade. If you want to take a risk and pursue your passion, do it. If you want to create your own business, do it. Don’t sit and let it simmer and then go back to your daily routine. You won’t be able to see all the amazing things that can happen when you believe in yourself and take a risk. Thank you for reading and allowing me to pursue my own passion project, this blog. I appreciate you 🙂

It’s full of inspiration thanks for sharing. I always look towards successful women ( passion is key for success ) for inspiration and for me a woman is successful when she step out of her own blanket of family responsibilities and do something which she likes it.
